Return & Exchange Policy


We offer store credit or exchange within 14 days once you have received the orders

Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of you have received your return authorizations number by us

The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost

Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. Once received at MsMellow Returns, this return item will be automatically shipped back to you

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to MsMellow for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us

Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned
We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions

HOW LONG IS THE CREDIT COUPON AVAILABLE FOR?
The credit store coupon has No Expiration

HOW DO I RETURN ?
Simply email support@msmellow.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA).
We will provide you with the full address (our warehouses are based in USA, Singapore and China) when we allocate your Returns Authorization number

We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to MsMellow for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us

CREDIT STORE / EXCHANGE ISSUE
Once we received the tracking number of your return parcel we will immediately release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange.
Without a tracking number provide by you for your return, we will release the store credit or proceed the exchange once we have received your items

CANCELLED ORDER
Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of order placement
Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed
A 5% fee will be charged when orders are cancelled

WHAT IF THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED?
In the unlikely case that you receive damaged items, please email us at support@msmellow.com
We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue

We do not offer REFUNDS unless the item you received is deemed faulty by MsMellow.
